Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the event that products are defective in any manner or if the replacement item is no longer in stock. If for any reason you are refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged product, email a picture of damage product along with packing receipt within the first 48 hours of receipt to Customerservice@wink4mecosmetics.com. If we replace a defective or damaged product it will only be issued in the form of a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to COVID precautions, we will not accept returns that have been opened or tampered. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
